What a pleasure! I had originally spotted a used vehicle at a FL dealership that I was interested in purchasing (I'm in MD). Thankfully, I hired a third party inspect I had originally spotted a used vehicle at a FL dealership that I was interested in purchasing (I'm in MD). Thankfully, I hired a third party inspector who found that the car was in abominable shape (even on the exterior which was not apparent on their pictures). So, I was leary of trying to purchase another car out of state, but then found another vehicle that I wanted at BMW of Westmont. I called and spoke to Luke. He went out of his way to make sure I knew what I was getting and that I would be happy. He even Facetimed me so I could see the car! He had it washed and drove it into the showroom so I could see it better. He sent me the inspection sheet and gave me as much information as he could. Once I agreed to purchase it, I put my deposit on a credit card and they sent a local Autonation notary to my home to get the paperwork done. Since I sent them a certified check, they could get the car shipped immediately. Guy, the pre-owned Manager, worked with me on shipping costs and eased my fears. I received an incredible 2013 Lexus ES in beautiful condition at a great price and could not be happier with the entire process. I would absolutely recommend them to everyone! More
