We recommend them highly in being both very competitive and great to work with! It's a competitive arena out there and it's so nice to give your business to a company and people who deserve it. More
Awesome experience! came here looking for an impossible deal. I have e to say that the staff here has been nothing but amazing in helping me find a car that I love and wo came here looking for an impossible deal. I have e to say that the staff here has been nothing but amazing in helping me find a car that I love and works for me. I found out through this process that I'm just about one of the most indecisive individuals there is. But my sales person Ron Watters was very patient and accommodating. We test drove several cars and not once was he pushy. Each time henasked me patiently what ekse hencan donfor me. I had my 3 year old daughter with me almost every time I came in (5 times total now) and each time everyone here was very accommodating with me having her here. It was like a team effort to help watch her and entertain her. Jonathan Brown is the finance guy, he's also awesome. Again, me being the indecisive self, he had to re-do all my paperwork 3 times. Never complained or pushed me into buying anything extra. He was also amazing with my daughter. Then we have Chris in reception and Myleea in service, awesome ladies. Thank you for making this process fun and easy. I would recommend Nissan of Fife to anyone looking for a car. They are awesome! Make sure to ask for Ron Watters! Lies and Deceit, but a good performance if you like theater I understand car dealers bargain and are out to make the most money they can. I can appreciate that game, but there is a collective culture of deceit I understand car dealers bargain and are out to make the most money they can. I can appreciate that game, but there is a collective culture of deceit and outright lying at this Larson Nissan. Please stay away. After checking about a disposition fee (or a fee upon returning the car) with no less than three different people and being told that it was included in the cost up front, I signed my lease deal and was waiting for the car. I turned over the contract as I was hanging out and saw all the details of the contract (they had not showed me me that side at all). When I pointed out a section that sounded a lot like a fee upon returning the car, there was a big performance of checking into it and finding out more information. Low and behold, now that I had signed, they had made a mistake. One of the sales managers came out and put on a great show about how he would have to discipline his staff for being wrong, but there was nothing he could do. He saw no way to make the deal right, wouldn't honor what we had agreed on by lowering the cost to make up for the fee or providing something worth the value of the fee. They proceeded to try and persuade me why it was such a good deal that I got I should be happy and walk out the door with the car. At one point in this mess they even tried to "make it right" by upselling me with a maintenance package! I don't care how good or bad of a deal it was, they lied out right, repeatedly. I wanted them to honor the deal we made financially and if not I didn't want to give them a dime of my money. So we undid the whole deal. A waste of well more than four hours of my life. It was very apparent they do this all the time and assume that at the end of the lease years later it there would be no way to rectify this AND that if anyone calls them out it is a collective "mistake". sales manager, a salesman who prided himself on doing leases all the time for years AND the business manager all made the same mistake. But the theater was interesting watching the salesmanager pretend to be upset at his staff and his staff pretend he was mad - it was quite transparent, especially when they both turned to double team push me on what a great deal I was getting. Sigh. They are what gives car salesmen a bad name. More

I came in pre approved for a Nissan Pathfinder and instantly fell in love when we drove it. The whole time we were there we felt like we were not important at all. All that mattered was that we Signed those papers ASAP!! We were promised a $200 gas card, road side assistance for one year among other things. We called for weeks trying to figure this out with no call backs at all!! I wanted to make sure our loan from our trade in was going to be paid before another direct deposit came out and the manager finally called me back and was extremely rude and condescending. The bottom line is they WILL NOT take care of you after you sign those papers so be aware. It's June, we bought the car in April and I still haven't heard a thing about the gas card, etc. Don't expect that. I've never been more displeased with a car buying experience in my life!!! More

Will never recommend this dealership to anybody! Let one of the sales men know about it, and he said sure you only had it a couple days bring it in and they'll check it out.So called to make a appt. and they said had to bring it to place it had a warranty they don't work on cars like that i was thinking on the sticker says they do a complete point check out but they don't work on them?. So called dealership and it took a week too get it in. By that time my 72 hrs trade in was no good. The dealership took 15 minutes on my car and told me it was fine they said a spark plug was bad. Then it started acting up worst then before and took it back a 2nd time and said something with the distubutor and had to change it out. Then left and still misfiring and then they told me headgasket may be blown cause it went thru a couple sets of spark plugs..So after having it a couple weeks in the shop they said my headgasket wasnt blown and it was a wire harnessed together touching the manifold and i can come get it .Well i went to get it and still the cars not running right.Talk to one of the sales managers at nissan of fife and he said bring it back and they will go to the moon and back to help me. Ya right! Another sales manager was there and insisted on helping me cause the one i spoke to was out running errands. So straight up he pretty much said i was out of luck and my 72 hrs was way over and i can do trade in value if i wanted another vehicle. So i spent over 10,000 cash for my vehicle and he said i would have to get a car valued at about 7000.00. I said, so im pretty much asked out and he said sorry that's the best we can do and he would talk to the other manager and if they could think of something else they can help me.So no i would not recommend this place to anybody! Completely Unprofessional Dealership I wish I had read all the negative reviews of this dealership here and elsewhere before driving more than 5 hours to buy a car from them! If you are c I wish I had read all the negative reviews of this dealership here and elsewhere before driving more than 5 hours to buy a car from them! If you are considering spending tens of thousands of dollars at this dealer, it’s worth a few minutes of your time to find out what you might be in for if you choose to do business with this company. Below, I will outline in detail how this dealer failed us at every turn but this is the one line summary: shockingly poor customer service, completely disorganized, not to mention uninformed regarded required documents to obtain license plates, duplicitous salespeople and sales managers, and a complete lack of accountability and follow through. 1. FOUL DOG ODOR IN CAR THEY WERE TOO LAZY TO REMOVE. When we arrived to buy the car, we noticed a really bad dog odor in the car. I asked Travis, our salesperson, if they could at least clean the car so we don’t have to drive 5 hours back to Oregon with this foul dog smell. He acted like this was a huge concession and had his manager, Dennis, tell us that they couldn’t afford to do a comprehensive odor reduction process, etc, etc. I clarified that I just wanted them to put in a little elbow grease to clean the car up and they (grudgingly) agreed. We came back 2 hours later and, instead of the dog smell, it smelled like air freshener. An hour later, the dog smell was back. I bought some Ozium spray and then washed the mats and fabric in a water/vinegar mix and the smell went away. But when I’m spending $22,000 on a car, I think the dealer should have done that for us. Lazy. 2. SALESPEOPLE WON’T RETURN YOUR CALL/EMAIL AFTER SALE IS MADE. After we bought the car, we noticed that the trunk cover was missing. This item comes standard on the car. We emailed Travis to ask him if perhaps the previous owner still has it. No response. Before we bought the car, he would respond to our emails within minutes. After the sale is made? Nada. 3. MISINFORMATION WITH NO APOLOGIES. The finance manger gave us an envelope with three documents in it and told us that was all we’d need to get a license plate for the car in Oregon. I went to the DMV and found out he was wrong. In Oregon, you need the title. When I called the dealership to inform them of this, the finance manager said, “It’s up to you to know the laws in your own state.” Fine, but if he didn’t know the laws in Oregon, he should have said so and we would have researched it on our own. Instead he pretended to know what he was talking about and then when informed that he didn’t, made no apology for the error. 4. GOOD LUCK TRYING TO GET YOUR PLATES! Trying to get a straight answer from various people at this dealership about where our title was and when we would get it was monumentally frustrating. Six days after the sale was made, I called our bank and they said they were unaware of the sale—Larson Nissan hadn’t even sent them any paperwork yet. The Bend DMV told me to have the dealer send the title to them, rather than to the Salem HQ, to expedite issuance of my plate. After numerous follow up calls, I was finally assured by a title clerk named Gina that they would overnight our title to the Bend DMV, and was even given a tracking number. Five days later, I checked the FedEx tracking no and saw that they hadn’t even shipped out the title yet. Penny, a manager in the title department, told me that my title had been sent to Salem, not Bend. I called the Salem DMV and they said not only had they not received it but, since it was sent to HQ and not Bend, it would take an additional 4-6 weeks for me to get it! I called Penny back, and she changed her tune, this time saying, No, we still have your title here and can still send it to the Bend DMV. Great news, I thought, until 5 minutes later, I got a call from Dennis, the sales manager, who insisted that he had just gotten off the phone with the DMV HQ in Salem, who said they do in fact have my title there. I knew this was BS because I had just spoken to them and they had no record of it. He couldn’t explain why Penny had just told me she had the title or explain why I was getting different stories from different people. Thoroughly confused, I called Penny back for a 3rd time, and, after a long time on hold she said, “Oh, we do still have the title here at the dealership.” A few days later, I got a call from the Bend DMV that they have my title. So I made trip #2 to to the DMV. After waiting in line for 90 minutes, they pulled out the documents Larson had sent them and told me that the dealer had failed to include the (required) release from the previous owner. So I had to call Penny back yet again and get them to send me the release, and then I had to go back to the DMV, wait in line again and do the whole thing over to FINALLY get my plates. This place will cause you nothing but stress. If I had to do it over again, I’d rather pay more to do business with people who know what they’re doing and actually care about their customers. I can’t tell you how many hours of my time this place wasted and how much stress they caused me. Clueless, careless, thoughtless. More
Lied to twice, horrible service technicians If I could give a negative I would. If you're a female I suggest you have a male in taking your vehicle if not they will try and sell you something th If I could give a negative I would. If you're a female I suggest you have a male in taking your vehicle if not they will try and sell you something that you don't need. This is my experience. For the past four years I have switched out tires twice a year, Les Schwab would always have a problem resetting my tire sensor, so I would take it to Olympian Nissan with no problem whatsoever. Well I moved up to Seattle and I was looking for a new Nissan dealership, one that would be either on my way to work or on my way to Tacoma. I chose Nissan Larson Fife. My first loop oil filter not a problem, it was time for me to switch out my winter tires for my summer tires, I explain to them my past experience and I just needed them to reset my tire sensor. They kept debating with me that no that wasn't the problem and I kept telling them I've never had this problem I just need to reset it, well they took it in and they took out the battery sensor and swore that I needed a new one and it would cost me $150. I thought well they're the experts I guess he must be right, I asked if it was something I needed to replace at that time they said no that I can wait, so I said I will get it done when I put my winter tires back on. Lo and behold I put my winter tires back on and the alert goes off. I was upset. I drove straight to the dealership and I let them know that my trust was broken because they kept swearing up-and-down that I was wrong and they were right and I asked if they were really just trying to get my money? Dan Dan reassured me that this would never happen again and he would talk to his staff and he would try and make my next visit a better one. I went ahead and took it for the next Lube, Oil and filter change, the paper said that they rotated my tires, Dan went over everything that they did and when I should come back again. As I am driving back home I hear a noise but I am thinking that it has to do with the construction on the freeway and it's probably the road. The next morning it's a little bit louder by the end of the day it's really bad and I called them and they say have to bring it back. The next morning they take it back, after about 30 minutes Dancause back and tells me that one of my luxe busted, and that all my lugs and nuts are rested and they needed to be replaced. He then proceeds to ask me when I put those tires on, and I told him they were on when I brought my car in, he says that his technician claims that those are not the same ones. I then asked you guys were the ones that rotated my tires, how is it that those are not the same tires. Dan then proceeds to tell me that they never rotated my tires, that they had to say that and put it down on paper because of my maintenance plan. That if they didn't it would kick it back, but that my tires didn't need to be rotated. At that point I was done. Dan was nice enough to pay for my lugs and nuts for that one tire, and he said he could order the other 15 and have it there in two days. I said no thank you. I have emailed customer service and I have spoken to someone from customer service, I just expected to hear from the manager of customer service but I guess I shouldn't be surprised right?? More
