This is the third time I've wrote a review and it will not post. And it's kind of funny how they have the positive post from 2 years ago but the negatives all deleted nice 2 years ago I took my Cadillac A not post. I told him I didn't know it was wrong with them please fix them and a week later they told me my rotors and my brakes needed to be done. $1,500 with a two year warranty. Well it hasn't even been 2 years and the rotors are junk and need to be replaced I've already replaced the back ones at tiny's automotive. I was told that they would not honor my warranty because it was my driving habits. I'm very offended at this point. I was told that the rotors would have to be broken half for them to honor the warranty. So think twice about getting your vehicle fixed here because you will totally get screwed over. Go to tiny's they will do it right and they have a 3 year warranty.manager was very rude. More
Horrible! To do it. They gave me a 2 year warranty. Well it has not even been 2 years and when I took it in I was told it was me that caused these rotors. Not oh you are still under warranty. He said the only way they would honor my warranty is if the rotor was broke in half. Wow. Maybe they should put that in their stupid warranty. More
This is the worst place ever! Almost 2 years ago I was told that my rotors needed to be changed. When I asked for them back I seen they looked brand new. Cost me $1,500. Now all four of my rotors need to be replaced I had the back ones done that was $1,100 and the front ones need to be done also.! So I took it to Larson because I'm still under a 2 year warranty .I was told that they were not going to honor my warranty. And pretty much told me it was my fault that my rotors didn't last two years. I was told in order for them to replace them rotors they have to be cracked in half. You cannot trust these people at this dealership they are all about screwing you over and not helping. Obviously either they put on junk rotors or I don't know what happened . I took my rear ones too tiny's automotive. And I'll probably be doing the same for the front because they need to be replaced. And they offer a 3-year warranty so take your business tiny automotive. They won't screw you over More
DO NOT BUY A USED VEHICLE FROM THIS PLACE! I came from Oregon because I found a good deal. Maybe I didn’t do enough research because they don’t do a full inspection on their vehicles, gave me I came from Oregon because I found a good deal. Maybe I didn’t do enough research because they don’t do a full inspection on their vehicles, gave me incorrect information about obtaining the registration, and repeatedly ignored my follow up calls and emails. I noticed the wheels weren’t great and the alignment was off. They said they’d give me a $160 credit for the alignment and the wheels were fine. When I got to Oregon and had it checked out the wheels were in critical need of replacement and the alignment cost $600. I called and emailed with Edwin multiple times and he kept dodging me. Apparently he got let go so I started working with Chris Williamson in sales and Jason Smitley in repairs. They both ignored several email follow ups so I stopped trying. This place is not trustworthy!!! More
Service department left my vehicle sitting outside for several months then charged me $192 for a new battery. My vehicle was damaged in their possession and tried to blame the tow truck driver. I went and looked at my car after it was dropped off by towing there was no damage. Uncommunicative service representative texted me updates and nothing they said was ever true, them 5 months later I find out they don’t even work there anymore. Weird unprofessional customer service I expect more from a Cadillac dealer. More

Overall, our experience was very good. Our buyer assistant Vasiliy Kravchuk was great! Answered all our question and was very knowledgeable about our vehicle. The manager was also very nice and introduced himself and asked if we had any questions. The only issue we had was with finance department. This was a cash deal and should have gone very smoothly. Maybe she was new, but the paperwork had to be re-done 3 times because of errors. When she was tiring to sell us on the upgrades, she had no idea what she was selling and could not explain what was offered, it was really a painful experience. She was a really nice lady but needs more training on the upgrades. More
Although the people were nice, communication was terrible, no one ever answered the phone or called me back when I left a message. My initial contact to set up a test drive was Jason who set things up, provided directions and gave me contact information if needed. When I arrived he introduced me to Vasiliy who was our sales person. Vasiliy was exceptional to work with as our sales person in our recent XT4 purchase. I lived about 60 miles away so he arranged for some of the information to be transferred by phone. He was honest and fair. Paula handled the finance and optional equipment end of things. Paula knew her stuff and explained things in detail. I appreciated her input. The information she provided could make or break the deal. Jason, Vasiliy, Paula and the General Manager or supervisor were all very nice and made this purchase special. I would come back to Larson Cadillac to buy again. They are honest and fair and they don't waste time playing games to close a deal. More
