Liars,crook, horrible customers service,buyers beware I bought my car from this Harry Hopkins Sunnyvale and trust me I made biggest mistake of my life.Everyone were nice till I signed the paper work.I tra I bought my car from this Harry Hopkins Sunnyvale and trust me I made biggest mistake of my life.Everyone were nice till I signed the paper work.I trade in my car for honda pilot and the service person was suppose to fix few dings and dents on my car which they promise to fix it in day or two and it took them 14 days after calling them every day and asking status on my car I had no answere no one called me back for more than two weeks,finally got my car back and now after 3 months I got two tickets on my trade in car and no one is even willing to help me.spoke to Steven he was so rude and lied to me that he took care of the tickets.when I insist to talk to the owner and left him voice mail he called me back and asking me what I want to do.owner never called me back and I am stuck with two tickets that are in collection now because they did not submit DMV paper works to the Amtrak and golden gate toll.This shows that all they wants is your money and they don't care about anything else.they should have transferred my audit once I trade in.I would not recommend anyone to buy car from here because they will lie and take you money and when you need them they don't care.even the finance person I left message to owner severel times and he did not even called me back once.from the sales guys Nasir,finance guy Ali Omar,manager Steven and the owner Ryan Hopkins don't trust them because you will regret. It's been 3 months and I started having problem with my car too.dont know where to go now because this people are even unhelpful and I am not comfortable taking my car to this dealer.i wish I would have never trade in my audi Q5 with them. satisfied! I had dealt with many Honda dealers throughout Northern California & walked out on other negotiations. Then, I contacted Larry Hopkins in Sunnyvale ab I had dealt with many Honda dealers throughout Northern California & walked out on other negotiations. Then, I contacted Larry Hopkins in Sunnyvale about a new CR-Z, they had in stock. I was lucky enough to deal with Habib Qasimi. I told him of my past experiences at other dealers & that I was ready to buy, that day. In just a few emails, we agreed on a price & Habib even arranged to have another color CR-Z transferred from one of their other lots. I went down the next day & did all the paperwork and was out of the dealer in just over one hour. All without any stress. The entire transaction was as smooth as it could possibly be, including the financing. Omar was very knowledgable and helpful with all the paperwork. Habib even took the time to show my wife all the features on her new CR-Z and went as far as to buff out a couple marks on the mirror. That's customer service.
