We had some minor issues with the clear mask and window tint applied to our 2015 Touareg. The General Manager, Jarred Black, and our Sales Associate, Colin Able, stepped up and resolved the issue to our satisfaction -- no questions asked. Great Service. THEN, within days, our brand new vehicle with about 800 miles was rear-ended at relatively high speed on C-470. In a panic I called the service department and they recommended an A-List auto body shop that has deep experience working on VW-Audi-Porsche vehicles. We spoke with both Jarred and the service manager, James Zielonka, and they provided us helpful assurance about the quality of repairs our damaged Touareg will receive from their partnered auto body shop and their own service department. At a time when we were feeling so downcast by the serious damage to our brand new vehicle, the Miller team brought us great peace of mind. More

This dealership more than lived up to my expectations. My wife and I had a specific trim level and unusual color combination in mind. Our product specialist, Colin Abel, identified a vehicle that was an exact match and had just landed at port, destined for Texas. He took a risk on our behalf and grabbed it BEFORE we had committed to purchase the vehicle. They offered the vehicle to us at a fair price in line with objective 3rd party market assessments. They showed us the dealer invoice and gave us a fair price for our trade in. As with all dealerships, the second part of the sales process is the march through the finance department where they try to upsell you on various vehicle protection and extended warranty packages but it was a low pressure process and our finance manager explained everything so we could make clear, unprepared decisions. Without reservation we endorse this dealership for an overall excellent new vehicle buying experience. More
