I see an open hour and select it then submit... what happens is an endless loop back to the select an appointment time page with a message saying "Cannot Confirm the Appointment." This was my second prepaid oil service and the website scheduling did not work either time. I had to call the dealership, leave a message and wait for the service department to call me back. Their work is good but the website for me needs to be fixed. More

Dennis Majewski got me through all of it painlessly. I am very grateful for his creative ideas and for the product I bought. Every day I find something new in my Tiguan that makes me love it even more. One last thing I have to mention is that I had to come back to retrieve something from my loaner car much later in the day. I don't know how or why but the young woman at the desk referred to me by name. Our previous encounter had been so short I was amazed and touched that she would know my name.
