Great Experience I called the VW dealership near my house to schedule an appointment for service as I had purchased the covered maintenance when I bought my vehicle bu I called the VW dealership near my house to schedule an appointment for service as I had purchased the covered maintenance when I bought my vehicle but they gave me the run-around saying I was not covered so I called theses folks and they were able to find record of my coverage plan and schedule an appointment the following day! Everyone working at the dealership was extremely knowledgeable and friendly and they even made special accommodations to pick me up from work. I will absolutely be back for any work I need in the future. More

Nancy was great We came to the dealership to explore what was available in used cars. We needed a car with more room than our VW Beatle provided. We loved the Beatl We came to the dealership to explore what was available in used cars. We needed a car with more room than our VW Beatle provided. We loved the Beatle but with 3 grandkids nearby we had outgrown it. Nancy approached us on the lot and right away it was evident that she was interested in understanding our needs. She was very aware of the inventory on the lot that could meet our needs and reviewed the pros and cons of each of the vehicles as related to what we were looking for. Once we settled on a Tiguan, she was excellent in guiding us through the purchase process. When we asked questions she generally had the answer, yet if she was unsure she found the right person to provide the answer to our question. I had been pre-approved for a loan, I exchanged several emails and phone calls with different sales people. I requested a maximum price including tax for the model I wanted. Due to my schedule, I needed to make sure everything would be in order before I made the trip up from Fountain. Prior to leaving I had made sure the dealership had all the proper documents and the price was locked in. The dealership jumped thru hoops to get a car from another dealership. Upon my arrival I was greated friendly. We immediately started signing a few documents, Then I took the car on a short test drive. I already knew what I wanted and was purchasing.. When we came back I went to the finance department and signed the rest of the paperwork and was done. The whole time at the dealership took less than 45 mins. It was a very efficient and fast purchase. I will definiately recommend Larry H Miller and look to them first for my next VW purchase More
