This was definitely not the case at Larry Miller Volkswagen today. Hollis greeted us the moment we arrived and asked us what we valued in a car, our budget, etc. and was honest with us and made sure we had realistic expectations. Scott, the manager, came by and introduced himself despite it being a very busy Saturday afternoon at the dealership and ultimately helped Hollis, my husband, and I come up with the best deal for the car we wanted. I was instantly greeted by them, but not in the normal sales person “pushyness” way. It was more so to make me feel comfortable is how I saw it. I worked with Zach S who was extremely knowledgeable and answered all my questions in depth and not once made me feel uneasy about anything!! I was very pleased with the service I received and the amazing attitudes from everyone I encountered right up into finance. To say I left happy and with a smile on my face is an understatement. Even coming from out of town, this experience was stellar! I wanted a particular car, but couldn't find it in my state. Miller VW had what I wanted, but I felt uneasy trying to make this deal work. Nancy worked with my husband and I over phone and e-mail to get us an amazing price on the vehicle, and after we flew into Denver from Texas, Jaclyn picked us up from the airport way too early in the morning. ALL OF THIS HAPPENED OVER A SPAN OF 36 HOURS. These two amazing women at Miller VW went above and beyond to get us exactly the car we wanted. More
