Absolutely the worst dealership experience of my life. A bait and switch from day 1. A seemingly helpful salesperson was quick to reach out but the follow up was abysmal. I purchased a VW out of state and moved to Lakewood about 7 years ago. I started going to LHM-VW since that time and bought a new VW from the dealership about 4 years ago. All this is to say, I've been in and out of the dealership and service center many many time with different vehicles and have always enjoyed the professionalism and curtesy that I've received from Sal. He regularly is there when I pick up or drop off my vehicle and is willing to help with questions over the phone when I am unsure if my vehicle needs to come in or not.
