Recently purchased a used 2015 Chevy Cruze with high mileage at around 109,000 mi. Had it less than a month and a half and already have catastrophic engine failure. I also.contacted his manager as well. Neither of them were very helpful and also wanted to charge me to see what was wrong with it. I figure after spending $7,500 with you guys and having it less than 2 months that you guys would take a look at it for free? Customer service or you know common courtesy... These guys should be ashamed of themselves. I have some attorney friends from a law firm that was formerly employed with and I plan on pursuing every avenue I can to seek out justice and what's right. Spoke with another one of their managers when the main manager with the dog was out and he informed me that he would get back to me and of course never did. Super low class fellas! Larry H Miller VW just lost a loyal customer- I have leased 2 vehicles at this dealership in the past 5 years and have also been loyal to their service department as well. I received a call from them sa leased 2 vehicles at this dealership in the past 5 years and have also been loyal to their service department as well. I received a call from them saying they would like to buy or trade in my 2021 atlas and put me into a brand new one for the same payment or lower. This was already something I was thinking of so I made an appointment to come in the next day. My first red flag should have been that I knew more about the vehicle I wanted to purchase than the sales person- I'll give him the benefit of doubt though as maybe he's new? However, everything changed when Shyaan came into the picture. I honestly was about to agree to the final numbers put in front of me but he was so rude and lying to me left and right. Obviously this was because I'm a female he must not have expected me to do my homework before coming in. I called him out on several things and it only made him more angry to the point he said "we will get your keys and you can go." I happily left and have since put a deposit to reserve a 2024 Atlas at another dealership. More
