I purchased a VW out of state and moved to Lakewood about 7 years ago. I started going to LHM-VW since that time and bought a new VW from the dealership about 4 years ago. He regularly is there when I pick up or drop off my vehicle and is willing to help with questions over the phone when I am unsure if my vehicle needs to come in or not.
