Had an extra appointment today because the mechanic didn’t properly install the oil plug drain. While we are grateful it wasn’t anything worse than that, it was an inconvenience and I had to take off w didn’t properly install the oil plug drain. They always get our car in fast, give us a detailed description of services needed, allow us to select services we want to perform and they get the j They always get our car in fast, give us a detailed description of services needed, allow us to select services we want to perform and they get the job done quickly. They are by far faster than Tyans VW, which in our many experiences is the worst. They told us our car might be seen for an initial diagnostic in 5 days when LHMiller VW had it fixed and ready for pick up by that same timeline. LHMiller VW service departament is the reason we will continue to choose them for all our service needs. More
