Death trap Worst experience I have ever had not only did they lie to us they sold us a death trap they said that it had an inspection but not sure how it passed Worst experience I have ever had not only did they lie to us they sold us a death trap they said that it had an inspection but not sure how it passed the brakes went out there where no bolts in the front drive line to the transfer case lucky we caught it before something bad happened we started the process in February didn't get it signed until June the storage in the rear roof was glued in we put 1000 down they lost 500 it was a joke and they never offered to fix it we haven't even had the car a year I highly recommend thinking twice before ever going there. More

LHM Used Cars, Truck buying experience. I visited the Larry H Miller Used Car Supermarket in Murray after I researched several trucks online at the lhmauto website. I choose the Murray locat I visited the Larry H Miller Used Car Supermarket in Murray after I researched several trucks online at the lhmauto website. I choose the Murray location as it had more of the trucks I was interested in than the other locations. When I arrived I was greeted by Layne. I told him exactly the trucks I was interested in and he mentioned that most of those were still at the Riverdale location and offered to drive up to Riverdale (about 40 miles) away. We drove up in a different truck I hadn’t considered previously and was able to learn about its pros and cons. Once in Riverdale we test drove the trucks I was interested in and also looked at several others. I choose one that I had researched and I drove that one back to Murray while Layne drove back in the truck we drove up in. Layne was great to work with. He stayed well past the time the store was to close in order to get through the process. I have always dreaded the car buying experience but this was one of the better experiences I have had. Layne and LHM Used Cars Murray also have been supportive even after the car buying experience. They had their service department check a potential windshield leak and are in the process of fixing a known issue with rear defroster. In addition they have ordered a spare tire which was missing from the truck when I purchased it. In summary I would recommend working with Layne and LHM Used Cars Murray. More

Worst buying experience I've had To start out it took over 5 hours to complete the deal. I had a truck to trade in and we only looked at 2 vehicles, the second was the one we wanted.. I felt beat up every step of the way, had to really haggle over everything. Which is somewhat expected, but then at the end while trying to sign the papers the finance guy just kept pushing, and pushing for us to buy these other 'products ' like extended warranty. He was telling me the 2014. Nissan was going to break in less than 5 years, had my wife scared. I said no 3 times, and finally had to say "ask one more time and I'm walking" . I will never go back there More
