Vehicle Theft Package for $599 that I didn't want I wrecked my car and found out it wouldn’t be repaired. I had to find a car quick. I got online and found a car I wanted on the LHM site. I contac I wrecked my car and found out it wouldn’t be repaired. I had to find a car quick. I got online and found a car I wanted on the LHM site. I contacted LHM Used Car Supercenter the next morning (including online questions the night before.) I wanted to verify the amount listed was the true amount I would pay (including sales tax and dealer fees.) The salesperson verified it would be. I told him I would be down to buy the vehicle (unless the test drive revealed some problems.) I got there, test drove it, and said I would buy it. The salesman brought in a short form with the prices. It was $600 more than I planned on. There was a $599 Vehicle Theft Package. I asked what that was. My salesman said that fee was “Non-negotiable.” I didn’t like it, but I thought there was no option to refuse. While I waited for the final paperwork, I got online and found that fee is a scam. I told the salesman to explain how that fee is “Non-negotiable,” and that I wanted it removed. He took the paper away, came back and said it was removed. I felt great. I even texted my daughter and told her how I stood up for myself. She was proud of me. Finally the manager named Teddy came over. He was unfriendly from the start. He was reading the contract information, and I said I didn’t agree to the $599 theft package and was told it was removed. I had actually seen my salesman go to his door right after I told him to remove the charge. Teddy said he didn’t know anything about that. He swung the monitor around and said, “We’re losing a lot of money on this. That fee is how our salesman makes his money.” I saw (per the screen) that they were $719 in the hole on the sale.) I thought, “How is this my fault?” But my salesman had gone to the trouble of driving it all the way from Riverdale for me, and I wanted him to be paid. I told him to put the fee back on. I am angry with this “theft” of my money. I didn’t want this scam fee, but was pushed into it by a rude person named Teddy. I even told him during the process that I could tell he wasn’t pleased, and he said, “It’sbeenalongday.” Yes, and my day was perfect, Teddy. I lost my beloved car and had two hours of sleep, knowing I had to race out and get a new car. I want everyone to know about this scam fee and to not make the mistake I did. They ruined the joy that comes with a new car. More

Multiple problems throughout the last couple of years, with no good experiences. In August, the car was totaled due to a crash that was another driver's fault, and Larry H Miller dealership is refusing to pay the GAP insurance that was provided DIRECTLY from Larry H Miller. They "couldn't find" the paperwork for months until we kept pressing them and let them know it was illegal to withhold the paperwork, and it magically appeared within the next two hours. Now we keep hearing multiple excuses (none of which make any sense) of why they don't need to provide the GAP insurance that was paid for. I would highly advise everyone to stay away from this place. More

I called could not get a hold of him, asked for an email they would not give me an email so I entered my information on their website. I got a reply through email and was told I would receive a call from a Cody. I replied a few times and still have never gotten any phone calls or emails regarding helping me out. The only emails I am getting are about a car I am supposedly interested in purchasing which I have not shown any interest in. so I guess if you write a poor review about this company they will respond looking to help, which makes them look good to others reading the review. Apparently, that's all they want to do. Make themselves look good and I actually want to help out customers. More

16 years olds first car We are from Ogden, we came to look at a car we found on the internet with a different dealer. That appointment fell through, so we thought since we were all the way down here, we have always heard how good LHM used cars was, so we stopped in. Carlos Herrrera was the first person we met. He was very nice and willing to help. We told him about our budget and he went right to work. He found just the car and made our transaction perfect. Thanks Carlos!! More
