Bait and switch, the car i wanted to buy they had lost is st I had reviewed the vehicle's in their site and found a vehicle i was very interested in. I called the Murray location to make sure the vehicle eased still there and spoke to Lane. He gave me the price and assurance that the vehicle wa s indeed there. I told him i cared for 2 small children but would get them ready and be right there. I showed up about 30 minutes later. Lane was busy i was told by Spencer but he said he could help me. I told him the vehicle i was there to inspect and hopefully test drive. Didn't need to worry about finding, i had the cash so he didn't need to go through any of that. He could not find the car, said "someone must have taken it off the lot that morning, what wassef i trying to accomplish with my new vehicle?" In other words, that car wasn't available as i was told it was, but let's get you into another one. I told him i would like to see the vehicle i called about, packed up 2 little kids in a tiny truck and rushed down there to hopefully purchase. He acted confused so i showed him the listing of the vehicle on the website on my phone. He asked me to wait and he would check again The manager then came out and asked about the vehicle i was interested in. I showed him the listing, told him i was not interested in a bait and switch. I was not going to be lied to then waste more time and energy to spend my money there. He looked like the kid that had just been caught robbing the cookie jar. Absolutely despicable, unethical and dishonest business practices. I am thoroughly disgusted and will spend my $20k elsewhere. I will never set foot in one of their dealerships again. I don't appreciate a 3 card monte scheme when i am spending a lot of money More

First of all they practically stole my 4Runner, but I knew what they were trying to do and as long as I walked out paying $0 I was fine. (Although they technically should have paid me money.) They promised me they’d detail the car, fill it with gas and I’d be on my way. Well not only did they not detail the car, or fill it with gas- I got in it to leave and my battery was 99% dead. Tried to turn it on and it wouldn’t start. So they replaced my battery, which was great but now I’m second guessing the entire integrity of the car. Looking it over once more and receiving a gas slip for the gas they owe me I drive away. Not before my husband lets the managers know how mad we are. They’re fix? Sending me a $100 gift card. Which I’m gunna use to get my car detailed since they never did. It’s got sticky black stuff in the cup holders in the doors. Black marks on my tan leather seats. Wax residue on my steering wheel. It’s gross and I’m furious. I will never buy from this dealership chain ever again, nor will I ever recommend them. More

Oil was never changed, windshield has 2 rock chips and a crack they said they would replace it. They had me come in to sign a 2nd contract took the GAP and warranty off the loan never said anything to me about it I caught it. I was then dealing with a Doug Webb who said he worked at the corporate office he actually works at the Sandy Store they will lie to you all the time. I went to the VP lady of the company sent her all my correspondence no response for her I guess they could careless about their customers. This dealership is a total joke DO NOT BUY FROM LARRY H MILLER they are liars and cheaters More
Terrible communication (Sandy location) I have purchased 7 vehicles through these guys but my last experience has been terrible! I brought in my 2015 Dodge Challenger Scat Pack in for trade I have purchased 7 vehicles through these guys but my last experience has been terrible! I brought in my 2015 Dodge Challenger Scat Pack in for trade to try and get a smaller payment and after negotiating we agreed on a lower payment and I was satisfied they were doing a promotion that if you purchased a vehicle then you will receive a $500 Amazon gift card but then was informed that I wouldn’t be receiving one because they weren’t making any money off of my purchase which in my opinion shouldn’t have anything to do with it drove my 2018 Infiniti Q50 home with the understanding from the finance department that they were taking ownership of my trade in and that I shouldn’t have to worry about making the next payment which was a relief. A couple of days go by and we hadn’t been contacted to go sign final paper work so I called my salesman up and asked if everything was going good he assured us that there was nothing to worry about and that these thing can take up to a month so we waited . But then I got a letter from my credit union stating that my car payment was past do! we HAD a perfect payment history on our credit so I freaked out called my credit union and they told me that they haven’t heard anything about us trading my old car in and had not received a pay off either so then I called the dealership and talked the a lady in the finance dept. Wendy Briggs she was very rude and informed me that the credit union still needed more information before the loan could be funded this was two weeks after me calling the salesman and nobody had tried to contact for this information that the credit union needed GRRRRR!!! Now we have blimish on our credit report because they were late with the payoff we were loyal to them but they weren’t to us and I won’t be buying any other vehicles through them again! More

Horrible! Go anywhere else! RUN AWAY FROM HERE TO ANY OTHER DEALERSHIP TL;DR - VERY DISHONEST/BAIT AND SWITCH TACTICS. AVOID THE DEALERSHIP! Experience with LHM was awful RUN AWAY FROM HERE TO ANY OTHER DEALERSHIP TL;DR - VERY DISHONEST/BAIT AND SWITCH TACTICS. AVOID THE DEALERSHIP! Experience with LHM was awful! It wasn't the sales guy you had to watch out for, but the financing team. I went after hours to get a new car after finding out the old car would cost more to fix than it was worth. I was pre-approved online (but wouldn't be told an amount, but to come in and discuss it). I went with some cars in mind to look at. Based off my credit situation, they showed me other cars. After test-driving, the paperwork process began; and here's where their dishonest methods really kicked into gear. I was taken to an office of a finance team member, Grier. There is the slew of paperwork are two forms that I signed, and I would encourage you to really run from. The first form was very specific with my interest rate, loan payment per month, and length of the loan. A normal form you'd expect. The second form had a huge interest rate range (8% - 30%) and well as a huge range for monthly payment ($200 - $800). But, because I had already signed the paper that had specifics on it, I didn't think twice about it. This came back to bite be in their dishonest practices, and I iterate, RUN AWAY!!! As part of getting a new car, the deal also included them paying off my wife's van and folding that extra money into my loan, so we would only have one car payment (more about this later). Because it was late on a Friday night, they told me it would take a couple of days to finalize the financing. I didn't hear anything come Monday, so started calling myself on Tuesday, multiple times a day. But, both the salesman and the finance guy were "on vacation" and unable to take my call. Apparently, the finance team members don't cover for each other and couldn't do anything to help me. Finally, over a week and a half later, I get my called returned from the finance guy. I'm told there's been a "hiccup" with the financing and I need to come in and discuss. I got there that night and find out that they want to increase my interest rate by a couple of points as well as my car payment. I tell them I can't afford the new price, that I'd like to cancel the deal, and get my trade-in back. They told me no, they wouldn't cancel the deal. Even though it didn't match the paper that had the explicit rate and loan payment on it, it did fall within the interest and car payment range found on the second form I had signed. They refused to let me out of the sale, but did me a "favor" by letting me get a different, cheaper car. We signed the paperwork for the new car. But, as part of this process, the finance guy also gave me a "tip" (translates to wanting me to commit fraud). RUN AWAY! FIND A DIFFERENT DEALERSHIP! He mentioned that when the new bank holding the new car loan calls to make their introduction call; that if the new bank were to happen to ask which car the payoff is for; that I needed to tell them it was for the trade-in, not my wife’s van. Thankfully this never came up on the welcome call, so I never had to commit the fraud the finance guy wanted me to commit. The payoff of the van took a month to complete. I’m sure it would’ve taken longer if I hadn’t been calling everyday. The only positive experience I had in this ordeal is the man who finally got the payoff check hand-delivered to the bank. I do want to note that they guy who got the pay-off completed was not the fiancé guy I had to work with. Thanks for being the only positive in this nightmare, Ephriam! I did get a powertrain warranty on it, and made sure it includes me being able to use my trusted mechanic. Now that I have my plates, I will never come back here for anything, not even simple things like an oil change. More
