Very shady business. Purchased a 2016 Toyota four runner with extended warranty coverage. One month after my purchase the vehicle is leaking oil. Took it in to be serviced and am required to pay $100.00 for with extended warranty coverage. One month after my purchase the vehicle is leaking oil. Took it in to be serviced and am required to pay $100.00 for them to even look at it! It should not be leaking oil and I should not have to pay for them to service it when I already pay extra for extended warranty. More

A Nightmare of Epic Proportions Sold me a vehicle, transmission went the day after I bought it. Traded it in for a new one, transmission went a month after having it. Then I found out they took my credit score from a 650 to a 512 by sending my credit application to so many different lenders. Now I cannot get another car from somewhere else - no one will work with me because of them screwing my credit. Tried to contact the sales guy, Rod, who I worked with to beg them to sell me another car because I need it for work. Of course he doesnt reply now. Stay the xxxx away from these tools. YOUVE BEEN WARNED. More
