We love our car and would definitely come back. I even had a mishap with the median after pulling out of the lot, that detached part of my skid plate. All of the guys were so kind relating stories of a time when worse had happened (to make me feel a little less humiliated), then Ephraim sent me home in a loaner car, and had my skid plate re-attached and looked over the car to make sure I hadn't done anything further. (I hadn't ...thank heaven). They were great!!! Thanks LHM Used car Supermarket. Thanks Layne, Ben, Robert, and Ephraim. We are so happy, and LOVE our car! More

KC is friendly, prompt, knowledgeable about all types of repairs, serves with a smile and makes our visit pleasant. We have been pleased with the outcome of each of these visits and highly recommend the service he renders. It is worth the drive from American Fork to Murray to receive this kind of service. We appreciate his work ethic. Thanks KC. We know you will take care of us and our needs. We can only assume that his good performance is due to the general culture of your dealership. They deal with other smaller dealerships to sell you something, and the quality mostly sucks. Add shady car selling tactics, the kind you read about in Edmunds, nuff said. I wish I would have read these reviews before purchasing my vehicle from Larry H Miller Used Car Murray. It has been nothing but a hassle to get even the basics taken care of with these clowns. They seem to my vehicle from Larry H Miller Used Car Murray. It has been nothing but a hassle to get even the basics taken care of with these clowns. They seem to joke around and find it funny that no one has called me back. I bought my car in the middle of February and am still fighting to try and get the title. Meanwhile, my credit union is sending me letters asking where the title is. When the first temp tag was about to expire I called and they told me that, "it usually takes awhile, but not to worry because cops don't 'usually' give tickets and are lenient with this sort of thing." They told me to give them a call next week to see if my title was there yet, (they got the car from Karl Malone Toyota) at which point I said, "WHY DON'T YOU CALL ME WHEN IT GETS HERE?!?!?!?" I got the second temp tag and couldn't believe I hadn't heard anything from them yet. I spoke with about 5 different people trying to figure this all out. Finally around the middle of April I called about 10 times in one day until I reached someone who told me that the title never arrived from Karl Malone Toyota and that they are requesting a duplicate from New York. Well apparantly New York is a difficult state to get a duplicate title from. When I called again last week the woman told me that Karl Malone Toyota accidentally sent the title to a dealership in Arizona and they will overnight it to me to arrive by Friday (5/17). I called on Friday and didn't get a call back. I called again on Monday and the woman said, "oh yeah, I didn't call you back on Friday did I. I will call them now." She then got back on the phone after about 5 minutes and started telling me that it takes awhile to get a duplicate title from New York..... ROUND AND ROUND AND ROUND. But you know, they are bending over backward for me (sent me free movie tickets) and I should be grateful. Unreal. I couldn't be more annoyed. I spend A LOT of money and I wish now that I would have gone somewhere else. No matter what these people tell you, DO NOT believe what they say. I bet my title is sitting on some idiots desk under a stack of unorganized paper. More
Wow. This dealership is ridiculous. We had nothing but trouble coming here. First, the only reason we stopped by was because we got an add in the mail saying that we could win a free jeep if the key the trouble coming here. First, the only reason we stopped by was because we got an add in the mail saying that we could win a free jeep if the key they sent us worked, or get free movie tickets if it didn't. We didn't even want to buy a car! They then said that the jeep was claimed, and that they were out of movie tickets for another month. Then they proceeded to ask us if we wanted to look at cars and maybe trade ours in. We decided to look around to see what they had because the car we were paying on already was having some engine problems. They assured us that that didn't matter and they could get us into a new car after trading ours in. So we found a car we liked, test drove it, and decided that we liked it. Then the real problems started. They told us we got financed, and they even dropped our monthly payment to what we wanted. The car had a couple of issues that they said would get fixed before we picked up the car in two days. After we signed the papers, they told us that they didn't want our car. After reviewing the papers, we realized that they had added on the warranty that we declined. Finally we got to pick up the car. It still had the problems they said they would fix! So they referred us to their service center, who told us they could have it fixed in two more days, and that we wouldn't have to pay for a thing! We thought that sounded great, so we took it in. Then they told us that all Dodge Calibers have this problem, and that there is no way to fix it except by putting a new transmission in it from a completely different car. They offered to do that for us, but we would have to pay 2,000 for it!! That was crap. We decided to keep it for awhile and decide what we wanted to do. A MONTH (no joke) later, the dealership called us and said that they couldn't get us financed, and that we needed to come back in and work it out. So we went back in, and they wouldn't drop the price of our car so we could get financed, even though this wasn't our fault! So they offered to try and get us into another car that would fit in the price range they were trying to finance us for. We found three or four cars that were really crappy compared to the one we were in. We did not find a car that we liked. So they said we had to give the car back, and they tried to charge us almost 1,000 for all the miles we had put on it!!! It was ridiculous! Finally they said we could just step out of the contract, no money owed. That's awesome, but they wouldn't give us back our down payment of 500 dollars either! This dealership was such a joke. No one was friendly at all. Every time we said that we wanted a day or two to think about things, they just pressured us into deciding NOW NOW NOW. I have no idea why these people are still in business. It was a horrible experience, and everyone that we have talked to since then has said the same thing. I wish we had read the reviews about this place before we even went there. DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP!!! More
We went to the LHM Used Car Supermarket in Murray, because there was an ad in the mail saying that they'll give you a year's worth of gas with a car purchase. So we went in and asked about a few diff because there was an ad in the mail saying that they'll give you a year's worth of gas with a car purchase. So we went in and asked about a few different cares in our price range, which supposedly were in good condition. Well, one wouldn't start, another had the check engine light on and smelled like a chain smoker had lived in the car for a few years, and the third sounded funny and smelled like burning oil when we started it up. The next day we made an appointment to come in again and see if they had gotten the first car to start (it was supposedly just a battery charging problem), and they hadn't charged the battery or prepared for our appointment at all. When we pulled up the salesperson we had worked with the other day ignored us until we called him over to talk. The whole time we were walking around everyone ignored us or avoided eye contact. Everyone looked acted as if they didn't care about you at all. We finally got to speak to the site manager, who at first was helpful because he asked the right questions to find out what we needed, but then he tried to sell us a car at a price higher that what we had already told him was our price range, and started getting mad when we insisted on taking it to a mechanic before buying anything. Overall, shady place, lousy service, and the prices not that great. More
Scott was the salesman who showed us a beautiful car. Every word out of the snakes mouth was a lie! I have been ripped off on several major purchase I have made so I educated myself a little before signing. He was asked about any accidents or problems. He said there were none and the car was fabulous mechanically. I took it to my own mechanic to check. He said shocks were leaking. Tires were going to need to be changed. I came back to Larry h miller and they told me it wasn't true, and tires passed in registration and shocks did to. (Of course they were the ones who registered it, and I wouldn't doubt for a second they fudged it). We decided to buy the car and replace the shocks they claimed would still last for 100,000 plus left. I did a car fax myself after SEVERAL lies just to be sure. Fould out it had been a head on collision and this is why prior owners sold it. When asked about it Jason claimed to not know about it and gave me several more lies about the car. I wonder if I ever got a honest answer to any of it. Will never go back to them and will tell everyone I know to NEVER have ANYTHING to do with them! More
I was told by Vern at the Larry H. Miller Used Car Supermarket in Murray, Utah that I would definitely be financed at a certain rate. I later came in and was told the interest on the loan was almost d Supermarket in Murray, Utah that I would definitely be financed at a certain rate. I later came in and was told the interest on the loan was almost double the figure that I had originally been told. The loan was denied after more than a month because I refused to perjure myself on the loan application, as I was asked to by Steve, Finance Manager. The finance company told me that they denied the loan because of the lies told to them by the dealership. I returned the car that I had purchased in good faith and my old car was given back to me. The sales practices are fraudulent and unethical. I was lied to by employees and will never do business again with Larry H. Miller. More
