There were things that me and my husband hadn't noticed on the vehicle that we were getting ready to buy and Marcus Erwin pointed them out; he was honest, which is a huge deal for me and my husband. Not only was he honest, but he was the only guy there that seemed to be able to help me and my husband do anything. Not only did we get the car of our dreams but Marcus Erwin also put gas in our car and delivered it to our home once it was serviced and ready. If you want a Great Deal and also to get the best customer service at that dealership than Marcus Erwin is your guy :) More
First Time Nightmare We went in to just browse at the cars but were of course pressured into doing a credit check without even having decided on a car. We drove one that we liked but when the first offer was made we said we were not ready to buy just yet and wanted to see what else was out there. The salesman got a boss involved to sweeten the deal. After the second offer we again said we were not ready yet and would come back the next day because we had left our daughter with a babysitter and we were already late getting back. They still did not take no for an answer or even listen to us. They kept telling us that we had to buy the car right then or if we came back the next day the offer was no longer valid. They talked us into driving it again and we came back a third time and said not yet. The boss asked us where we needed to be and we told him 250 a month. The last offer had been 297. Finally the boss came back with the best possible offer and even told us it was better than employee pricing. 257 a month. We were very late and had been there hours at this point. We were worried about missing out on this supposedly great deal and finally said yes. We were immediately moved into the finance room to sign the paperwork. We didn't read every detail of the contract carefully because of our hurry to get back to our daughter. Apparently we ended up signing a 7 year loan instead of a 6 year loan like we were originally told. The manager's deal was to just add another year to the loan to lower the payment. What a guy! When we noticed that night and went back in the next day to talk to the manager he basically told us they did nothing wrong and we were out of luck. We even offered to pay a cancellation fee and were threatened with a breach of contract lawsuit. We explained to him he failed to mention it was a 7 year loan but he told us he was positive he did and we knew exactly what we were doing. He basically called us liars to our faces multiple times. To make matters worse, the next day i looked online and found the same year and model car, with half the miles, and more upgrades, for about $3000 less than they originally tried to sell us the car for and still over $1000 less than the "employee pricing" deal we got. Never will go back again. More
bad business ethics I am a first time buyer and this dealership wanted me to pay 4000 dollars more than it was worth. After finding this out they tell me that there is no way they can do anything and that to bad we cannot take the car back even though the financing hasn't even gone through. I would NOT recommend this dealership to anyone and plan on reporting them the the BBB. Definitely wish I looked at these reviews before I chose what dealership to go to More
Excellent Experience Layne was quiet but efficient. He helped us find out what we could afford and get financing for. Then he showed us the cars in our range and allowed us to talk about each vehicle among ourselves without pressuring us one way or another. It was rather refreshing to not feel pushed toward whatever he'll get the best bonus for. Really a nice guy, created a nice experience. We very well may be back in in a year or so to see about moving towards something we'd LOVE, not just like. Sold us a good car at a good price and was very upfront with us. Keep up the good work Layne! More

The car looked and felt like a total dream the first day I took it home, however the day after was all nightmares, because that's what these past months have been, I have tried patiently to work with the service center and with the person that initially sold me the car to resolve every problem that has risen since I purchased it. Every time I have a concern or a question I have been ignored and or essentially talked down to. I have been treated condescendingly every time and that is definitely not what I expected from the way the salesperson raved about the dealership. I made the mistake of recommending the place to my sister because I believed it was just my luck and I thought she would have a decent experience and she has actually had an even worse experience than I have. It's been a terrible experience that I've tried time and time again to forget but unfortunately it's just not possible with this dealership and their service. I was promised an entertainment package and was never given any such thing. I was also told the car had passed emissions and inspection but when I got the car home the oil was extremely low, the wiper fluid didn't work at all, and the brakes were bad. After several requests to have these things taken care of, they finally agreed to fix them. I've had the car for 4 months and I went in to have an overall inspection of the car at Goodyear Tires and they pointed out that the tires were 8 years old. How did it possibly pass safety inspection with 8 year old tires. One more thing, almost every car we were shown at the dealer was dirty and not detailed at all. My parents were completely disappointed with every detail of my first car shopping experience and have been telling all their friends and family not to go to your dealership. More

When one thinks of buying a USED car, heart attack symptoms are not uncommon. I was visiting Utah, when I realized that my eldest son should no longer be without a car. Despite the beading sweat on my brow, I set to work looking for a quality USED car, via online individuals and companies. I am surprised I survived the ordeal. It was emotionally and physically trying...who knew how many bonafide crooks and meanies there truly are in the world of USED vehicles!!! Lucky me. I was in my car when I heard an advertisement for Larry H. Miller Used Car Supermarket. I quickly made a phone call, after looking at their website [on my iPhone, I might add] and opened a discussion about the purchase I wanted to make. WOW! What a difference a company makes! I was impressed. When I left Utah, despite all the used dealerships in the state I call home, I contacted Larry H. Miller, once again. Now, I had a tall TALL order to fill: 1) the purchase had to be made online 2) I would not be able to test drive the vehicle, or even LOOK at it in person 3) there might have to be arrangements for someone besides myself to pick it up OR 4) my son would have to pick it up a month after it was purchased, and therefore storage arrangements would have to be made. After speaking with an employee about my situation, I was introduced the Marcus Erwin [ yes, that's Erwin with an 'e' not an 'i']. I listed all of my needs. He was not intimidated, in the least. He went through the ENTIRE inventory, only looking for vehicles based on my specific parameters and led me through all the cars I was interested in, one by one. He TEST DROVE them. I asked him his opinion, and after listening to his analysis, I decided on the PERFECT vehicle for my son. Everything was done over the phone or online. ALL of my wishes were granted, with a BONUS: The car would be detailed the day before my son would pick it up. Ka-ching! And guess what?---No near heart attack symptoms through the entire process! To my surprise and delight, buying a USED car out of state, and via the internet and cellphone, was actually EASIER than purchases I have made in person at fast food restaurants!!! THANK YOU Larry H. Miller Used Car Supermarket Murray! Thank you, Marcus Erwin! I might live far away, but you'll be the company and the person I call when the NEXT person in the family needs a used car! More
