voucher use I don't usually give bad reviews but this time I was compelled to give a review about the experience I had when looking to buy my step daughter a much I don't usually give bad reviews but this time I was compelled to give a review about the experience I had when looking to buy my step daughter a much needed reliable car, we went there looking at a car they had advertised online for just over $4600 and I had one of the vouchers you get in the mail that was offering $1910 plus an extra $500 for veterans so $2410 total for any car in the inventory plus a $500 offer on a trade in we had here's the kicker they told me I can't use the voucher with any other offer and that the internet price was a special offer and the actual price was over $8000. Now carfax give the price at -$580 of retail price on this car and KBB fair market price from a dealer shows a range of $2845 on the low end to $4528 on the high with suggested price of $4052 and fair at $3687, so the over $8000 is more then double making the voucher not worth wasting you're time on. I went into Larry H Miller Used Car Supermarket in Murray knowing that they had some pretty terrible reviews online. That being said, I did end up purchasing a car through this place, and I wish I NEVER set foot on their lot. I purchased a 2014 Chevy Cruze that looked very nice both inside and out. I got a pretty poor deal on my trade-in, and I fell prey to the finance guy’s pitch for GAP insurance. I ended up walking out the door with a nice (so I thought) car, for a fairly reasonable price. Exactly a week after I bought the car, which the salesman assured me was given a thorough 125 point inspection, I noticed some pretty big spots on my driveway. I had just been reading about a recall that affected my car. I decided to take it to the Jerry Signer Chevy Service Dept., because I had a very positive experience with them before. Thank God for Chevys 35,000 mile bumper to bumper warranty. It turns out that the car had a massive oil leak from a broken plastic seal, and it needed a new water pump!! This was a week after Rylee at LHMUCS told me it was certified and had been through that inspection. I strongly suggest that if you’re looking for a used (or new) car that you avoid Larry H Miller dealerships at all costs. More

They Screw you Over WOW! I will NEVER go to another Larry H Miller Car dealer ship. The charged and Extra $6,000 then what we agreed to buy the car. We weren't showed the WOW! Then I look online and they have a $2,000 gift card special for the month of November & December, but of course that wasn't mentioned that to us while we were there. My husband tried to take the vehicle back and was told that they don't have a return policy, so guess what.....They screwed us over... we're going to do it to them as well! We will make sure none of our friends/coworkers/acquaintances ever go there. Word of mouth is a powerful thing. So hints the reason I am writing this review. I also make Vinyl Stickers, so I will be driving around with a Vinyl sticker that will let everyone know how much LHM sucks, so everywhere I go it is going to be seen by everyone around me! (It's going to be fun when I go to pick up my license with that sticker to the dealership!) Take it from me don't buy a car here, unless you want to get screwed over!!!! More
