Larry H. Miller Toyota Murray

I've been going to Toyota Service in Murray for many years. Have had an ongoing problem (since the car was bought) which apparently was with the motherboard in my car. I could not pass the emissions years. Have had an ongoing problem (since the car was bought) which apparently was with the motherboard in my car. I could not pass the emissions tests without driving the car for at least an hour before the test, and the car could not be turned off, or it would reset itself, and someone would have to drive it again before testing. This year it would not pass at all. My car is a 2001 Toyota and the car, besides being old, had a very obscure problem. They took my car at the end of February, and I did not get it back until March 15th, however, they did find the problem. It was a lot of research and a lot of work, but they found out what was wrong. I know they spent many hours trying to figure out the problem, and it was much appreciated. They were only worried because I did need my car. Jeff Teliczan was the Manager who kept me updated on my car, and Brandon Egstrom, as well as others, found the problem. I think you should be very proud of the service department. They were great. I only wish that I could have written this sooner, but your company doesn't seem to have a place for positive comments. However, thanks again! More
