Do not take your car here for any routine maintenance. We took our Subaru here for an oil change and within a week our car needed a new transmission. Essentially during that oil change someone drained 5 qts took our Subaru here for an oil change and within a week our car needed a new transmission. Essentially during that oil change someone drained 5 qts of trans fluid leading to the transmission failure. After two months of back and forth and talking to numerous mechanics (in and out of Larry H Miller) all of whom said the trans had to be drained or leaking to lose that much fluid — there was no leak. LHM would not stand behind their mistake and left us with an $8000 bill. Not only that but we brought the car in within days of the oil change because our car was acting strange (because the trans was failing) and they diagnosed it with bad brakes (although they had just inspected them and they were fine during that inspection). We paid $500 for new brakes that we didn’t need. TLDR: At best this service department lacks attention to detail and basic knowledge of vehicles, at worst they are dishonest and won’t stand behind their work or mistakes. More

Excellent experience!! Preston was beyond helpful and was always quick to respond. He found me the perfect 4Runner and was straight forward with no hassle like I've experienced at other dealerships.
