I had to make multiple phone calls, waited for someone to talk to me just to schedule a appointment. I always got to you are the next on line. Then got send to voicemail. Left 3 voicemail different times the talk to me just to schedule a appointment. I always got to you are the next on line. Then got send to voicemail. Left 3 voicemail different times they never got back to me. Had to schedule a appointment online. I also needed to change my battery for my key. I get directed to parts. When to ask the lady on parts what battery they use, she tells me to handed over, she seem to know what she was doing. Then she gets rough with it and breaks it. Put the new battery in and proceed to tell me that isn't good anymore and if i want to replace it going to cost me 300 . I had a hard time trying to get the control back. She said the guy in the back can fix it but is coming out my pocket. The only good thing about it is maintainance crew, reasonable pricing and fast on helping. More
After buying 3 RAV4s from this dealership, today was the worse service I have ever had. When I arrived, no one acknowledged that I was there for about 10 minutes. I had an appointment, but Aaron said it was going to take up to 2-1/2 hours for a oil change and to replace a key. Aaron knew I was waiting but chose to send me a text asking if I wanted additional recommendations. He could have asked me directly. None of the employees seemed friendly or outgoing. Also, I do not know why he took several pictures of my car, which has never happened before. It was over two hours before they were finished. I don’t know why they bothered to wash the car, it was dripping wet. Lastly, the coffee machine was broken and they had no idea when it would be fixed. Not a good experience. I doubt if I’ll buy another car from this dealership. More

My appointment was at 7:00 am. I was there 10 min. before but there were a long line before me. I walked in and notified to employee but told not go into inside. Lied to me about service plan and expiration date. Won't go again for oil service. I went in 2019 was asking if I wanted to purchase oil change 3 service plan. I told them I would not use in 3 yrs s Won't go again for oil service. I went in 2019 was asking if I wanted to purchase oil change 3 service plan. I told them I would not use in 3 yrs since I work from home and do less driving the tech told me no worries they don't expire. So I purchased, a few days later I received an email showing my contract with an experation date. I called LHM Toyota Murray back said I did not want contract if it expires and they again said no worries it wont expire. Went this past week to get reg oil change and they told me it had expired. I explained issue, I even have the email from 2019 showing I need not want and they would not apply. They said they don't even hold contracts it is through company Total Care. Well if you sell it you should own up to it. So I had to pay for my service. I will not be using them again for routine maintenance feel I was lied to by several different techs. Poor Customer Service. Use to like this place. Mark was a nice guy. Just not helpful with issue, he did not sell me this issue, but felt no help. More
