Took our SUV in at 8 AM reservation time. I called at 2:00 PM, James said no diagnosis by then. Said he would call me back but he did not call. Got to the service dept at a couple min to six. Had two issues but they said they hadn’t found either. Said they would wash the car, they did not. Figured a service dept would have something to diagnose a car that was not starting six times that morning. Twice while the guy taking it in tried to start it. Has a growl when it turns off. No answer to that. Do I recommend the place??? I would not say that. More

My SERVICE ADVISOR Marion J Beagley was upbeat and efficient in evaluating my air pressure issues in my Rav4 tires.
