It seems no matter what time of day or day of the week I get my vehicle serviced the wait is ridiculously long. I am not sure if you’re understaffed, but I wish the waiting time was a little better. Best Service Department!! Have you ever had a time in your life when you just needed someone to actually care or help you get something resolved? Well the service department at Larry H Miller Toyota Murray was just that for me!!! Mark was awesome and got me right where I needed to be. Levi went above and beyond to help me!!! Months ago I purchased a Tundra from the Larry H Miller in Boise. I have had some life changing health problems and purchased the truck as a more reliable vehicle to get to my appointments in SLC. The day after I bought it, the check engine light came on. The Catalytic converter was damaged and needed to be replaced. To make a very long story short.... After countless phone calls and begging I was still left with an expensive fix on a truck that I just bought along with countless medical bills. Levi and the service department ran diagnostics on the truck and figured out everything that needed to be done. He went above and beyond and contacted the dealership that I purchased the truck from. He gave me his cell phone and would check in with me almost daily to try to get my problem resolved and saw it through all the way to the end. I am glad to say my truck is fixed and no more check engine light!!!! I have never had this kind of service from any dealership! I will always come back to the Larry H Miller Murray!!
