My service advisor never once talked to me about my vehicle. In the past I was informed about everything found in the inspection, even simple things like your tread depth is looking good. I miss the days of having an advisor talk to me about my car. Nowadays I just get a text telling me to approve a spark plug change etc. and then a text when my car is ready. I don’t know anything about my car, so having someone talk to me about it would be nice. I guess I’ll just keep driving it and hope everything is okay. More
