Mostly good I've been here for service for many years. This was the first time a horde of service people were moving around the entrance area and not one acknowle I've been here for service for many years. I waited a bit, you know thinking "it's a busy morning", but then it got ridiculous. After about 10 minutes, finally someone said, 'someone will be with you shortly." After that, the service tech was very good and the time it took for the service itself was great. More
