I went to Larry Miller Toyota to look at a new 4x4. My salesman was Scott Anderson. He was awesome, and down to Earth which I appreciate. No pressure, in fact we talked about music too. Jose Escobar was great to work with. I knew what car I wanted when I came in. It hadn't arrived at the dealership yet and Jose explained that a $500 deposit would hold it for me. It came in on the 18th and I picked up the car on the 25th. I plan on this being the last car I buy, so I got all the extras that Jose told me about. He scheduled an appointment to have everything done on the 1st and I am excited to pick it up tonight and see it. More
Rating for Service Department. I have sent my daughter here a couple times to do an oil change. First time it was well over 2 hours for a simple oil change. Second time, I told he I have sent my daughter here a couple times to do an oil change. First time it was well over 2 hours for a simple oil change. Second time, I told her it was urgent she get in because her oil is critically low. She drives in, and is approached by Blonde lady with long eyelashes. She asks if my daughter has an appointment, ofcorse no, oil is low and just needs to be filled. Lady tells her she needs to back out and leave and set an appointment. My daughter then simply asks, can you tell me what kind of oil you are using. Lady flat out tells her, You should know that! Completely rude. Most service writers will say, I’m sorry we are slammed we can try and do that for you, but it may be several hours, would you like to wait! NOPE. First it sounds like this location needs to hire some more service techs, and while they are at it, replace this lady with some on that is more companionate and caring for a young lady that doesn’t know her car well enough to take care of this herself! I will not bring my Toyotas here and will never send my daughter back! Good Luck Larry H Miller service crew! There is better service elsewhere… by the way I called the same day and spoke to your customer service and asked for the Customer Relations manager to call me back on Monday, think they bothered? nope! October 2022 ordered Toyota Tacoma Sport, tried to have purchase papers drawn up while Toyota inter My first solo purchase without parents cosigning. October 2022 ordered Toyota Tacoma Sport, tried to have purchase papers drawn up while Toyota interest rate was 2.29% and was told could write paperwork until truck in hand. Didn't receive truck until November and was told rates went up to 3.69%. Was sent to the rudest finance guy and when I didn't want any of the added warranties or products became extremely rude. He never went over any of my terms and in fact DID NOT give me a hard copy of my finance paperwork, only a thumb drive and told me it was all on there, have a nice day. When I received my first payment notification I saw my interest rate is 8.64%. I ordered heated leather seats, brought truck in for install, didn't have it finished until late evening. Told them I wouldn't be able to pick up truck until next morning. When I picked up my truck, the install crew removed a bag of item on the pack seat and threw it in bed of truck. When new seat installed, didn't put said bag back in the cab and it snowed over night filling bed with snow. Everything in the bag was wet and ruined. This dealership baited and switched me!!! AGAIN, DO NOT TRUST LARRY H MILLER!!! More
