I took my 2020 Tundra in after having rough idle and multiple warning. The diagnosised the problem as a faulty throttle body and I agreed to the repair at a cost of $900. On the way home the problem came back and it was the same. Took the truck back and was told 2 days later that the mass airflow was bad and that was another $300. Once again issue persisted. Next visit was $3500 to replace wiring harness. Came to pick the truck up and found that while it was in their posession, the truck had been burglarized and around $500 of tools and other materials had been taken. When I called to complain, I never got a call back. There were no broken windows or any sign of some breaking in so it appears that sometime when the truck was at their shop waiting for parts, they had left it in the lot unlocked or one of the employees was the thief. I sent a detailed email to the service manager and the response I got was sorry but you can't prove it happened here. This place is horrible. If I needed my bicycle chain oiled I wouldn't let these clowns touch it. More

In January, I took my car in for emissions and to renew my tags. I have been doing this for 11 years and was always impressed with customer service.. This time I was helped by a female for the first time. my tags. I have been doing this for 11 years and was always impressed with customer service.. This time I was helped by a female for the first time. I don't know if she was new but in the past a male representative would walk me over to the desk to get my tags. Then he would walk me out to my car and apply my new tag. I was disappointed! Going that little "extra mile" made me feel like a valued customer. Please bring back the {former} GREAT customer service!! More
On Monday 11/27/23 I took my 2018 Toyota Rav 4 to Larry H. Miller Toyota Murray because it wouldn't start. So, I paid to have them replace my battery. Two days later the radio didn't work, It wouldn't t H. Miller Toyota Murray because it wouldn't start. So, I paid to have them replace my battery. Two days later the radio didn't work, It wouldn't turn off with the knob, I can't adjust the volume from the steering wheel, I took it back that following Saturday 12/2/23 and they are telling me that my radio is bad and that Toyota radios usually go bad after 5 years and wanted me to pay $1500.00 for a new one. I said no. I had someone at my work check the fuses and they said the fuses were fine but the radio seems to be working and turning off. When I went out to my car it is actually fixed and I didn't have to buy a new radio. I just wanted to let everyone know that, just because they are a dealership you don't always get the best service. They DO NOT have your back. They hire young kids just out of high school that don't what they are doing and they are getting away with it. Just think, are you really getting the warranty service you paid for? I wonder. Thank you Hunter for making me realize your business is not the IT company. More

Horrible racist service at Service Department! ! I went to get an oil change without appointment. I got there around 12:00 pm, there were 4 customers inside the bay waiting to get serviced. I wait ! I went to get an oil change without appointment. I got there around 12:00 pm, there were 4 customers inside the bay waiting to get serviced. I waited about 8 min until someone came ask me what i need. I explained that I came without appointment but hoping to get an oil change. He said, "we will let you in. just move forward and wait" it wasn't a big deal if they couldn't let me in, I could come back other time if they are too busy. I was waiting about 15 min then other employees came ask me what I was waiting for. I told KYLE I'm waiting for an oil change then he told me "WE CUT OFF WALK IN 2 MIN AGO. if we do it you won't get a car until 6 pm." i told him the other employee let me in but KYLE said "oh he probably didn't know we cut off walk in 2 min ago. if you get closer to the door the door will open you can turn around!" I told KYLE I was already inside waiting but he said a manager told us 2 min ago to cut walk in. I asked KYLE then I want to talk to a manager. "Oh manager will tell you the same thing to you!" I was waiting 15 min for nothing, he said turn around and come back other day? what kind of customer service is that? I didn't get there closing time or not after cut off time!! I was already there waiting inside the bay 15 min. I don't know everyone coming after me had an appointments or not. I was waiting because of other service employee told me they will do oil change for me otherwise I would came back the other time. KYLE came back and told me that manager said ok for oil change but at that point I was done. I told KYLE and other employee who told me to wait, "I will never come back again because of how you treated me!" but they seemed didn't even care to lose one customer. I should have asked fully refund my pre paid oil change package. I would never recommend this SERVICE DEPARTMENT to anyone because of how KYLE treated me. I told my family and my co workers about experience and they agreed that it was discrimination. He wouldn't talk to or treat white male like that he would never get away with it. He treated me because I'm woman with colored skin. I had a great experience last time and there are great people work there but I would never go back because of KYLE. There are so many better places, respect all customers and appreciate business! NOT like Larry H Miller Toyota Murray! More
