The entire team is impressive, but I wanted to acknowledge the following individuals for their extreme professionalism and dedication to providing the best overall car buying experience we have ever had. Ricardo Reyes was knowledge about each aspect of the vehicle, and we all know how many bells and whistles are on the 2018 Tacoma. The Sales Manager, Justin Amiriabarghoui worked to make sure we were getting the best deal and I can say we are 110% satisfied with our purchase and overall deal! We had the opportunity to sit down with the General Sales Manager, Kristopher Allan Ross, he is noble and defines professionalism. Without going into detail, I can say at the end of the conversation my sister was crying tears of joy. Typically buying a vehicle is stressful and difficult and I want to thank you for putting your customers first and having such an amazing process. Within a corporation the fundamentals of quality customer service must start at the top and trickle down, that is the process we experienced. As much as we love our 2018 Tacoma Pickup the reason we bought Toyota was the team and process that Larry Miller has in place. Tire rotation not accomplished as stated in service contrac. I bought the $95 service contract 3 change oil/filter 3 tire rotation and 3 car wash. Tire rotation was not accomplished as stated. Very slow We arrived at 10 AM and test drove one car. we didn't leave until 6.30. There was an hour and a half break in the middle . Exceptional Customer Service This dealership has outstanding customer service. I brought my Tacoma in for a leak and had to leave it overnight. The dealership put me in one their own vehicles so that I would have transportation while my truck was in the shop on the account of the car rental place being closed. They service provider called me daily to give me updates about the repair. The service center had my truck completely done in just a day and a half. Can’t think of one complaint. Quality and timeliness of service was great, and the customer service was top notch. More
