Easy to get an appointment with outstanding customer Service clerk to begin, and once the car gets there, the advisors(all) are pro ..The Tech that helped me has been Mr. Eric B .. A cool advisor who always listen and help.. For today my car was towed by Toyota company to get checked for unknown problem because the car won’t start. The towing company took the car to the dealership… The car was repaired in a manner of time. I recommend this dealership to anyone that needs to deal with cool and pro professionals. More

My new tundra brakes still squeek and have since my 5k mile service. They say they know about the problem and don't know how to fix it. Very disappointed in the purchase of a new truck and they can't fix mile service. They say they know about the problem and don't know how to fix it. Very disappointed in the purchase of a new truck and they can't fix the proem. They didn't even try to replace the calipers. Very embarrassing to drive a new vehicle that squeeks loud like a piece of crap vehicle. I've complained and took it back and tried to get corporate involved. They said sorry they can't do anything for me. Please help now before my warentee is over and I never get it fixed. Sad that the dealership dosent stand behind there product or service More
