Our salesman was great, listen to wants and needs without being pushy. The finance/extended warranty gentleman ruined our experience, was pushy on GAP extended warranties ect, then lost loan paperwork 3 days being pushy. The level of incompetence found at this location is mind boggling.. We had been attempting to order a part for our car since August and notoriously it was lost, our appointments were cancelled without our k boggling.. We had been attempting to order a part for our car since August and notoriously it was lost, our appointments were cancelled without our knowledge, no one would call us to let us know the status of things. It took us calling twice a month, or more, to finally have our situation escalated to Anthony who finally got it addressed. It was sad it took talking to the Parts Manager and having to repeatedly call in to get our car sorted. This seems to be the trend for this dealership. Be prepared to be ignored and service being slower than anywhere else you can find. We love our Palisade but really wish there was another choice for service and parts that wasn’t on the other side of town. If you don’t have to buy a vehicle here, go elsewhere. More
