Been a customer since 2018 and had bad experiences with the car given to me on occasions - with my Hyundai Tucson 2017. But Josh the service manager has always turned my frown upside down and always knowledgeable and patience with fixing the situation when this vehicle gives me problems. Times are tough and he always provided solutions to get my car back to me. I worked in the dealership business with accounting and title work and he deserves to be recognized on how he offers customer service and is a good employee and person overall. My husband and I were very pleased with our Oct 2024 experience at Larry Miller Hyundai Albuquerque while purchasing a used 2022 Honda CRV Touring. We received a prompt reply to our inquiry about the vehicle and then excellent service from Sales Associate David Piazza. He greeted us when we arrived for our appointment to test drive the vehicle, was patient while we examined the vehicle, and encouraged us to take our time while accompanying us during the test drive. Since the finance director was busy with other customers, our wait time to complete the transaction was longer than expected. Sales Manager Dawson Turney apologized for the wait and offered to compensate us for the inconvenience by providing a free tank of gas when we were due for a refill. I contacted David Piazza when I was ready to fill the tank and let him know my ETA. He greeted me at the car, rode to the gas station with me, and filled the tank. Once again, he was very courteous. We also had a positive experience with Finance Director Elvis Momlanyuy. We told him up front that we weren’t interested in any of the service plans. He didn’t pressure us in any way and quickly provided the opt out forms. My husband and I would recommend Sales Associate David Piazza to friends, and we wouldn’t hesitate to contact him again if we needed to purchase another vehicle.

Just a bit about the service department. It was a great experience and although it was just a scheduled maintenance and a system download things went a bit sideways. The sensors were off, but although it took some time they got it fixed. The best thing was Eric in the service department. He informed me of what was going on and kept me updated throughout the entire ordeal. So thanks Eric!!

The salesman was helpful, but the rest of the staff left a lot to be desired. I wanted to know if my extended warranty covered a problem that the car had. It simply required a yes or no answer. It took three phone calls, two personal visits to the dealership and a full week to get the answer. The financial man was asked twice to call me with an answer but failed to do so. Finally, a manager got the answer I needed. The service department is also poor. I asked if all the doors could unlock when I turn off the engine, like other cars do. The service guy said "no". However, I found a setting that permits that. I also told him that my remote key opens the hatchback, but it will not close the hatchback if I press the button a second time. He told me that the remote is NOT supposed to close the hatchback. This is a total lie and goes against every other car on the market. Quick to take your money and but a let-down afterwards.

After being told by another dealer that the car I wanted wasn't available, the folks at Larry H. Miller found one and shipped it to their dealership for me. They gave me a fair price for my trade-in and Amy Gonzalez was particularly helpful and patient with me as I had several questions after the sale. The entire staff was very helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend them!
