Buying my car was a terrible experience. They slow played registering my vehicle for over 3 months. They continuously lied about it the entire time. They blamed personnel issues but, I know people that have bought cars thereafter that time and still had the exact same problem I did. There is some sort of financial or other incentive to wait as long as possible to register a car, that they must be trying to obtain. There were pieces of my car that had been stolen off it at the lot including three of my valve stem nuts and my car had only been on the lot for a day or two. This dealer isn't even capable of servicing my car, because it is a Genesis, and anything outside of an oil change they can't perform. They were assumedly no longer allowed to sell them because of the quality of their dealership. I bought the extended warranty from them, but feels pretty comical to have one with them when they can't handle the basics because they're not allowed to work on my car. Made no effort to call me and tell me that they were not any longer able to work on my car. Every time I have scheduled maintenance and I make an appointment, it takes a minimum of 2 hours. Making an appointment means absolutely nothing. They let all of the air out of my tires down to 32 psi every time I go and claim on my paperwork that they filled my tires with the recommendation from my car s inner door sticker. However, 32 psi is the wrong pressure! Some amateur that thinks every single tire on the planet gets 32 psi is filling tires up over there. They taped my registration after it finally came to my tinted window which caused damage to it. My temporary tags expired because I had to wait so long for my actual registration, which if I would have done myself would have taken only a few days. They didn't even give me a new one until 3 weeks later. Every time I called for help, all I got was cries of how it wasn't that person's fault and no one followed through on resolving anything or getting any kind of answers. I dread taking my car here but unfortunately, I have to drive to El Paso as an alternative so I'm stuck with these people. Thanks Genesis for this gem. More

With the trade in she was super helpful and made that process a piece of cake.. Jay made the experience more enjoyable by listening to my concerns and giving positive feedback as well as finding out what he could based upon the information I was giving him. I really didn’t feel like just another customer there. The dealership itself was clean and all the staff I saw with other customers were very attentive with them as well. It’s nice to know that there are still GOOD dealerships that make the car buying experience more interpersonal than just trying to make money and sell a car. More
