Israel had helped me get a good deal on a brand new car with my trade in. I wasnt sure i could get a good deal due to my bad first car purchase. They has me schedule an appointment on Friday about my engine ticking and then said they would need the vehicle until Monday because there wasn't a tech available to do the diagnosis.
