The service work I receive is always followed thru swiftly. When a new servicing gets brought to my attention, the service department doesn’t pressure me about it and allows me to take care of it when swiftly. I brought my Sonata in 3 times to fix the blind spot sensor (that’s not been resolved). This time, the communication was poor - was told by Josh that I’d hear from him by noon...I had to call.
