I have been with this dealership since 2015. They have been awesome, answered questions and service has always been friendly and helpful. I went for oil change & to check my brakes on my 2018 Sante Fe Sport since l have over 67,000 on my SUV. I had to leave state on Sunday the 27th Dec & needed oil change l called on 23rd & they were able to get me in on the 26th. They have always been able to accommodate my schedule. I'm very happy I chose this location after going to the other dealership on Lomas. This is great for test driving on the freeway roads. I ended up reaching out to a guy named Sergio who wasn't clear with h other dealership on Lomas. This is great for test driving on the freeway roads. I ended up reaching out to a guy named Sergio who wasn't clear with his schedule and proceeded to tell me he was getting his haircut via calling me after I texted him back about meeting him at the dealership. I found that to be a bit awkward and unprofessional. However, when I arrived at the dealership I was approached by a great gal named Tristen. Although her attire was a bit casual, but probably comfortable, she helped me compare the Venue and the Kona-which Sergio incorrectly stated had more headspace than the Kona. That was not the case as I found out with Tristen. She was very knowledgeable and we took the Kona for a test drive. She offered me a brochure and I realized the Kona came in six different models. Wow! Anyways, after wanting the Limited but being denied I went with the standard SEL. I was impressed with the simplicity and the look of the compact SUV. I got the platinum protection plan and now won't have to worry about a thing. I like Hyundai, and the people that helped me get my first car were very helpful. As they say, I think I have a severe case of the Kona-virus. Okay; I'll stop now. More

Hannah handled our transaction very professionally . She was kind and pleasant to talk to. We came to take advantage of the year end deals but were disappointed that all the 2020 Elantra’s were gone.
