Although things turned out OK in the end, I had made an appointment online for service (basic oil change, etc.) and received no less than 3 emails reminding me of the appointment, but when I arrived for my appointment online for service (basic oil change, etc.) and received no less than 3 emails reminding me of the appointment, but when I arrived for my appointment they had no record in their system. The manager didn't ever say once that he was sorry and I unfortunately had left my cell phone at home so I couldn't show him the 3 email reminders. He went ahead and put me into their queue with the understanding that he was doing me a big favor. As it happens my car was ready in about an hour so it was no big deal, but their attitude was less than professional or customer friendly. More
