Horrible communication and even harder to get ahold of anyone. Left voicemails for the manager and no return calls. DO NOT recommend at all! Took car in and they “fixed” the issue not a week later car was worse. Mind you they had the car for about 2 and a half weeks the first time and didn’t get a loaner vehicle. Take it back in about a week after picking it up the first time and this time we insisted to get a loaner vehicle. This time they have had my vehicle for a month and it just sat there until I finally got a ahold of someone because again there was no communication from them whatsoever. Finally get the ball moving and they recommended we get the spark plugs replaced and it’ll fix the problem. So we agreed to this. Went to pick our vehicle up and paid close to 400 dollars to change spark plugs. Drove the car possibly 10 miles from the dealership and the car starts to do what it was doing what it was doing the first time around. So turned back around and took it back to the dealership. ONLY reason we keep going back is because car is still under warranty and there is a MUCH bigger issue then just spark plugs and ignition coils from the first “fix”. More
The customer service is lacking big time. The rep walked right in front of me and didn't ask if I needed help. I had to go to him and request assistance. I asked if my mileage had been registered for my mileage reimbursement. The rep told me that I would have to wait a minimum of 40 minutes because he would have to re enter all the info. He said it would have to be done on my next appt. I was not happy; therefore I did not renew my maintenance contract. Then he told me that I could go find my vehicle parked outside. My vehicle has always been brought to me. I can understand if they were busy but there were no other customers in the service area. I have always been pleased with Hyundai, but this was a big disappointment. More
