I was very friendly if they tell you something it’s gonna cost a certain price it always does. They always look up for recalls and gives us a heads up if there’s anything that needs to be done. I bought my Santa Fe at Larry Miller in Albuquerque. I have had at least two very good service reps and now I have Josh Baca. Josh is very helpful and prioritizes the work on my car. Lexus was real pleasant to work with, got the car at a fair price. My only complaint is it had a recall which should have been fixed before we bought the vehicle. Having had a recall service appointment set for two weeks out, after arriving and dropping my car off I was told they don’t have the parts for the recall. Other previous, albeit out of state, dealerships hav out, after arriving and dropping my car off I was told they don’t have the parts for the recall. Other previous, albeit out of state, dealerships have contacted myself or my family members when something like this occurred. I did have an alignment fixed while I was there that was quickly done. Bad. I had my 30,000 mile maintenance done. They replaced the cabin filter but I had to take my car back due to crackling noise when AC was turned on. That was fixed. But they damaged my glove compartment, i the cabin filter but I had to take my car back due to crackling noise when AC was turned on. That was fixed.
