Service Dept makes up needed repairs without actually seeing a problem. Had an alignment done at regular mechanic when dealer wanted too much money for it. Next oil change they told me it was critical that the alignment was done. They assumed that it wasn’t handled because I didn’t have them do it. Then they wanted me to change the cabin filter for $250! Ridiculous! More

Previously, my experience xx this dealership has been satisfactory. However, my most recent encounter did not yield similar results. I perceived the employees being brusk as I entered the building, but I satisfactory. However, my most recent encounter did not yield similar results. I perceived the employees being brusk as I entered the building, but I understanding they are interacting with customers regularly which can be stress inducing. My needs for bringing the care in consisted of oil change, tire rotation and checking washer fluid problem where an odd oder wafts into the cabin upon activation. I waited a total of 3 hours for them to present me with the wrong sticker, a previously unseen dent in my bumper, and careless attitude towards my washer fluid problem . Voicing my problems to the person in charge of my appointment, i was then given a second incorrect sticker and was told I would be contacted about a follow up appointment. No such attempt has been made. I am highly dissatisfied with my experience and frankly hurt that my requests were so easily dismissed. More
I was busy on that Saturday and was so thankful for the free Lyft to and from the mall. I was informed of all maintenance options I could add to the oil change that was being done. They caught a serpenti free Lyft to and from the mall. I was informed of all maintenance options I could add to the oil change that was being done. They caught a serpentine belt that was severely cracked and splitting and replaced it. They even had suggestions on what needed to be done right away, and what could be put off for a bit. Courteous and friendly staff! My Hyundai is still under warranty and I'm so pleased with the quality treatment I gotfor myself and my Sante Fe Sport at this dealership. More
Worst dealership I have ever dealt with. No communication. Everybody lies. Was being told my car was being worked on and after 8 found out it hadn’t even been touched. Then I find out it was scheduled with the wrong tech type. Finally gets done, go to pick it up. It won’t start. They jump it. We leave an hour later turn it off and it won’t start again. Battery issue. (But the battery was just fine prior too. No issues). I would take it elsewhere except the other Hyundai dealership in town is owned by the same. Company. More
Great customer service in the service department. I have had issues with the Lomas service department in the past that left me very unhappy with LHM customer service. I decided to drive to the west side this time in hopes I would receive better service. Everyone was so pleasant and helpful at this location. I will continue to drive the extra miles to the west side for service as long as I own my Hyundai. More
Terrible service department! Don't care. Said 2 hours for an oil change and inspection. Went in at 8:30 for my car back at 11:30. 2 other customers were also at a 2 hour wait. Ne Don't care. I took my vehicle in to have a tire put on and rotated to the back. Staff that assisted me was professional and friendly. They were nice enough to get me a Lyft ride home so I didn’t have to wait around whic the back. Staff that assisted me was professional and friendly. When they called me to pick up my vehicle around 4pm I showed up to find that they had put on my new tire but did not rotate to the back as requested. I then had to wait for a little over an hour for them to rotate the tire to the back which was pretty inconvenient as I needed to get home to get dinner going for my kids More
