The service and sales staff are very helpful and knowledgeable. However someone isn’t following instructions since we asked that the vehicle not be washed and it was washed. Took my car for an oil change. They called when it was ready but when I arrived, the car wasn’t washed like they said it would be. What’s the benefit of having an appointment. I did not ask for a “multi point inspection” nor did I want it. I just wanted the software update and that’s all. They then told me I needed over $1,500 worth of additional services which I declined but it took over two Hours to do the update and put on two stickers on the windows. I have been to both Larry Miller Hyundai dealers in Albuquerque and I don’t want to deal with them again. More
My husband took my Venue is for me. He said, Service Manager- Titus did keep him updated however, service took 3 HOURS, while he waited! After completion, they were unable to turn off the dashboard screen message about needing an oil change. I read the manual & have been unable to learn how to shut off the notice. I think I have to call next week to ask but I am not eager to have to return for the service team to handle this. More

Their service department is always behind and lacks communication. It to them 3.5 hours to change my oil even though I had an appointment. One time they held my vehicle for over a month for 45 minutes communication. It to them 3.5 hours to change my oil even though I had an appointment.
