Thanks for the 10% discount, Kanoe. 15% would be more fair. On 12/31/19, I took my car to L.H. Miller Honda Murray at 7:30 a.m. for a new power steering pump and I was advised to also add on the fluid flush ser On 12/31/19, I took my car to L.H. Miller Honda Murray at 7:30 a.m. for a new power steering pump and I was advised to also add on the fluid flush service at about 8 a.m. I saw the mechanic working on my car at his work station from around 8:00 to 10:45. I was charged for 3.6 hours. The hourly rate for the certified mechanic was $128 per hour. I am not saying that the mechanic was dishonest. He was using the codes for billing. I am saying that there need to be a package deal when the mechanic is working on the same part of a vehicle for different jobs. I was happy with the 10% discount Kanoe has given me. Or else I would be paying way too much. I left a message for the service department manager, Mr. Cameron Dilley on 01/02/20. Instead a lady from the customer service returned my call. I disagreed with the way she responded to my issue but thanked her nicely for calling me back. I genuinely appreciated the excellent service I have received from Larry H. Miller Honda so far. Everyone who works there are very professional. The waiting lounge is always clean and comfortable. But I am watching how they itemized the hourly charges. I may start trusting my car with other dealerships or mechanics . After all, I live about 30 miles from Murray. C. Chun More
