We brought our van here to get the sliding door fixed. We were told there was a diagnoses fee, parts, and labor. They called and gave us the price to fix the door. When we went to pick it up the door wasn't were told there was a diagnoses fee, parts, and labor. They called and gave us the price to fix the door. When we went to pick it up the door wasn't working. We already paid the invoice at this point. They then quoted us another $590 to fix the door completely. Feels like a scam if you ask me. We will not be using this dealerships services anymore. More

Service visit I had a maintenance warning code that identified 2 different services that my Pilot needed. I checked the handbook, my oil "life" and my milage then I had a maintenance warning code that identified 2 different services that my Pilot needed. I checked the handbook, my oil "life" and my milage then called their service department. The appointment was easy to set up for a date and time that fit my schedule and my Covid -19 concerns were addressed. My service was completed in the estimated time and the charges were exactly as explained by the service writer. I received the Costco discount as expected as well. I am very pleased with the service I received. More

Took WAY too long to NOT do the job. I went to this dealership for service on my air conditioning system because that's where I bought the car. I had a 9:15 appointment and they knew I wa I went to this dealership for service on my air conditioning system because that's where I bought the car. I had a 9:15 appointment and they knew I was waiting, not dropping off. After more than an hour, I asked how things were going and was told that they were checking the system for leaks, but it appeared there was a blockage. An hour later, they told me there was no blockage and no leaks, they were just recharging the system and it would be done in a few minutes. (Sorry, but if there were no leaks, why did the system need to be charged? Or were there really leaks but the mechanic wasn't bright enough to find them?) After three hours there, I demanded the car back, finished or not. Fifteen minutes later they told me that they thought that the air conditioning compressor was seized. OK. I get it. But it would only have taken any kid in the high school auto shop class fifteen minutes to tell me that the compressor was seized. I demanded the car back so I could take it some place else. Then I was charged $300 for recharging the system that wasn't functional. Who puts Freon in a non-functioning system? Unless I misunderstand air conditioning and Freon, only an incompetent or environmentally irresponsible mechanic would put Freon into a non functioning system. I paid the bill so I could get on with my life. I have an appointment with another dealership to have the car FIXED rather than paying to have a non-functioning system charged with Freon, whether or not it works. If you have nothing better to do with your time but sit in the Larry H Miller Honda dealership for hours on end, surfing the internet on your phone, and if you don't mind paying hundreds of dollars for services that don't get your car fixed, by all means.... In past experiences, this has typically been a quick trip to the dealership, sign some papers, and you're out the door. Because we had an expectation that that's how this would work, we didn't really pay much attention to the fact that the sales rep tacked on over $4000 in "add on" contracts. Our buy out was supposed to be around $15k, and ended up over $20k. We actually traded the car in for another (with a different dealer), and have tried several times with both the dealer and the "add on" company to cancel these contracts, as we no longer own the car. No luck. No one will call us back. More

Brought the car in for a recall, ended up having 4 recalls on the car’s record. Jeremiah did an exceptional job and kept me updated on the completion of the service.
