I took my year-old car in for a recall appointment, and was very pleased with how easy it was to get the appointment. His attention to that little detail saved me an extra trip, which I appreciate. This is the second car I have brought to this dealership, and I've been very pleased with their work on both of them. In general, I prefer not to go to dealerships for service, because sometimes their prices are higher than I can get elsewhere. I've noticed the prices here are very close to what I've gotten elsewhere for some services, and the service has always been very responsive to my needs. More

Nathan in service was excellent (he gets 5 stars) but I felt that he was being pushed organizationally (by management via the mechanics then service) to push other repairs which were either unneeded or pre felt that he was being pushed organizationally (by management via the mechanics then service) to push other repairs which were either unneeded or prematurely needed. So I don’t completely trust these guys despite the presentable service-up. Would be interesting to learn if employees are financially incentivized to maximize repairs and overall bill which of course is the opposite of what their customers desire, More

They was rude, lied to me about my tires when I toke it somewhere else it was able to be fixed.
