Every time I bring in my ridgeline to get serviced. I ask for simple things to get done like removing the Velcro that previous owner installed (and was promised at time of sale to be removed) and to re I ask for simple things to get done like removing the Velcro that previous owner installed (and was promised at time of sale to be removed) and to replace the key fob battery. Really simple things. But these requests get repeatedly ignored. Would not recommend this dealership. More

A great experience purchasing a brand new Honda pilot. Jude was our sales person and he not only showed us all the cool features of the vehicle but his excitement was catching. We ended up buying the Jude was our sales person and he not only showed us all the cool features of the vehicle but his excitement was catching. We ended up buying the first one we test drove even though we were planning on just looking. They gave us a deal we couldn’t pass up on our trade in and the whole experience was quite the opposite of other dealerships we’ve been to in the past. No sales push. Just letting us experience the vehicle and decide if it works for us. There were quite a few add ons that they offered us as we signed the final paperwork. I wish were in paper form rather than just spoken however that was the most sales pitch we got. Would definitely visit Jude and this dealership for a future vehicle. More
