I went here for a regular maintenance of my minivan. Dave Hansen checked in my van and let me know the timeframe for completion. He was very friendly and upbeat. The sales reps were amazing. One of their finance reps was extremely unprofessional. Both the finance rep and one of the managers changed their story more than once.
