Initially, I received an offer for a vehicle that I selected and agreed upon. After confirming the details, I was instructed to visit the dealership at a specific time. However, when I reached out to verify our agreement, I was informed that the car had already been sold. Upon arriving at the dealership, I was presented with a different deal than what we had discussed. Despite my inquiries about maintaining the original terms, I was assured everything would remain unchanged. Unfortunately, this turned out to be untrue. Driving two hours only to encounter such discrepancies was incredibly disappointing. The lack of transparency and communication throughout this process is concerning and has led me to question your team's integrity. I would appreciate it if you could address this matter promptly. I think we all hear horror stories about dealerships and car salesman trying to rip you off when buying a new car. I know I was worried about that when I went in looking for my new CR-V. Wayne Emery was by far the best salesman I've ever bought a car from. He's a no-B.S. kinda guy who made the entire process such a breeze. I was also blown away at how courteous and professional all the other sales associates and staff were when I was there. LHM has definitely won me over-- sorry Ken Garff! More
They seemed more interested in finding additional services than fixing what we brought it in for. Brought it in for a recall and a warning light diagnosis. When I called them back to say the warning was still on, he just shrugged it off saying they thought changing this fluid would have fixed it. Then he said they pretty did what they could. Also not impressed that a sales contacted me before they even looked at it. More

I thought I was going in for a Black Friday special but it didn’t include synthetic oil. I felt like it was a bate and switch. The wait was quite a wikis even with an appointment.
