Joseph our service attendant was very nice and did a good job for us. We are Unhappy about having to replace the “ missing “ splash-pan-assembly. The Last oil change was at this location in May. However, there was no mention of the missing splash pan amongst all the suggested replacements and tires at that time of service. It was suggested to us that whoever did the last oil change forgot to replace the splash pan assembly. Sorry to tell you that this was at your location. It’s difficult to believe 8 screws holding the splash pan in place ALL mysteriously disappeared and the pan fell off . This car is garaged most of the time. We honestly feel the splash pan was not replaced after the oil change in May. We would appreciate a response. Thank you. Rick and Diane Johnson More

I’ve been using LHM for 20 years. Their service is excellent. That said, they need to turn off the blaring music in the showroom. While I was waiting for my car I decided to go check out the new models, perhaps thinking of a trade in. The music was so blaringly obnoxious that I absolutely had to get out of the show room. It was horrific. I never did get a chance to look at the new cars. Do they realize that they’re chasing customers away? More
