The worst experience of my life. we would never recommend this dealership. Eric was very disrespectful. Well, where do we start. Although the dealership itself was fine and fixed the problem. We had brought the car in several times and told them what the car was doing, and we w Although the dealership itself was fine and fixed the problem. We had brought the car in several times and told them what the car was doing, and we were told almost basically that we were crazy that our tires were the issue. That the car was unsafe to drive because we needed a new tires. My wife did the research and told them exactly what the problem was with the car that she read online about it being the worm gear. Lo and behold months later after feeling like we were the ones that were wrong and we were the ones that were crazy. Guess what came out a recall for the worm gear. After we replaced the tires and the problem still existed. One thing that we will say about the dealership is stay away from the service guy Mike that we had when we dropped off our car. Immediately after dropping off the car all we were getting was attitude from Mike. I even went over to one of the other service tech inside the garage and said what is the issue with that guy? Why does he have an attitude. He then apologized and said yes he does have kind of an attitude and I apologize when we picked up the car I again talk to a different service writer and said what is up with Mike. Why does he have such an attitude and he’s exact words were? I am sorry that is not the first time I’ve had to apologize for him. Yes, he does tend to have an attitude. This being said if everybody in the dealership knows that this guy has an attitude why would you put him dealing with customers dealership is fine so far the car seems to be fixed nothing against the technicians, but this is something that needs to be looked at. More

Akram was great and helpful in sales. Robert in financing was new, but did a good job. All were very helpful with my questions and understanding each step of the process.
