I had a very good experience with my service. It was done quickly. The price seems acceptable (no car repairs seem to be inexpensive any more). I didn't experience the service manager trying to get me done quickly. The price seems acceptable (no car repairs seem to be inexpensive any more). I didn't experience the service manager trying to get me to buy something that wasn't needed which has often been done at other service centers. I appreciated this very much. If this ever did happen I would be inclined to seek service elsewhere. More
These guys are great and really efficient. They are almost always right on wait time and I enjoy the amenities they offer with free wi=fi and a place for my kids to play and hang out. I purchased my Honda new from Larry Miller Honda in Feb 2008. They have been servicing it for me for 6 years. They are competitive in pricing and always give outstanding service in a friendly manner. They offer and suggest services but don't push and have a comfortable, clean waiting area and shuttle service to take me to work if my car is going to be there for an extended period of time. We have bought or leased a total of 6 Hondas from Lou Slater. All purchases have been very positive therefore we keep returning to Lou. He is very professional and good at what he does. We trust him to be fair with us in our purchases and always feel like he is working to get the best deal we can get and be fair to Larry H. MIller Honda as well. We have always dealt with new car transactions, but we always come in to get our cars washed here and look in the showroom while we are waiting (nice marketing move) I didn't need a new car, but with the new overhaul of the Accord I have been tempted. We saw a really nice one in the showroom and it happened to be a gently- used 2013 Accord. I have never wanted to take over other people's problems so I was very stressed in making a decision. I felt really good about the 7 year warranty. The one problem that I worried about was a pretty good size scrape on the back wheel well. Herein lies where my disappointment comes in. I was told by LHM Honda's Used Car Manager that the problem would be fixed. My husband and I decided to go ahead, trade my 2011 Accord (perfect condition) and buy this new car. I brought the car in to get the scrape fixed and they filled in the scrape with paint (hand painted). I don't know, but when I am told it would be fixed, I felt it would look like the scrape was never there. This was certainly not acceptable to me or my husband. I told Lou how very disappointed I was and he told me to bring it back after the first of the year and he would make sure it is fixed. I know and trust that Lou has and always will do everything to make us happy. He goes the extra mile every time. My only concern is possibly the used car department and following through on what they promise. If this problem gets fixed, disregard any negativity in this review because everything else about this purchase was first-rate. If it doesn't, no used cars for us ever again. More
